What You’ll Do

Embed with enterprise customers in Insurance to automate their highest-stakes workflows end-to-end
Build integrations, data pipelines, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints that hold up in production
Automate insurance workflows like submissions, rating and pricing checks, claims intake, and policy servicing
Turn every deployment into product: patterns, edge cases, and feedback that shape the roadmap
Own deployments from first call through launch, working alongside AEs and engineering

Your Qualifications

N years of software engineering experience - we care about slope & output, not YOE
Strong engineering background - comfortable across the stack, with APIs, integrations, and data
Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders - clear, direct, and technically sharp
Experience in insurance or insurtech — P&C, life, or specialty (nice-to-have)
